Service Description

Chair Yoga In this class, you will learn basic yoga postures to improve strength, balance, and flexibility using the support and assistance of a chair. Movements will be done either sitting in a chair or standing with the option to use the chair for support. Guided mindfulness and breathwork techniques will be incorporated into the class to help calm anxiety and relieve stress. All sizes, ages, and abilities are welcomed. No previous yoga experience necessary. -Mary
