MACGV Yoga for Healing: First Session

This session is exclusively for individuals who are connected with MACGV(Mother's Against Community Gun Violence) "One on One Yoga for Healing" is a holistic individualized approach to healing. Jessica will co-create a plan with you using the therapeutic tools of yoga; postures, breathwork and meditation to set a path towards improved health and well being. Online or in person options. (Please book at least 24 hours in advance) INITIAL appointment 1.5 hours This session is designed to get to know you and understand what you need. Time will be dedicated to exploring the appropriate tools of yoga that address the whole system: body, mind, breath, personality & emotion. At the end of the session, Jess will send you home with a personalized practice that you can integrate into your daily routine. About JESS Jess believes that each person is precious, deserving of attention and support in their own path to healing and transformation. When she's not practicing or teaching, she's hanging out with her animals (cat Marc and dogs Blu & Barry), outside in the garden or diving into a DIY project.
