This class will be held at Victory Memorial 41st and Xerxes To keep everyone safe please place your mat 6 feet or more from other participants. If it is below 55 degrees class will be cancelled and you will be refunded. Vinyasa Flow: This class incorporates the rhythmic parts of vinsaya flow, linking our breath and movement with moments of stillness. Postures will build strength and flexibility and cultivate stillness in your body and mind. All levels welcome, the instructor will provide support for individuals new to yoga and the more experienced yogi. Instructor: Laurie
