This 4 wk. series will help address common sleep symptoms (i.e. sleep deficit, difficulty falling asleep, non-restorative sleep) through the therapeutic lens of yoga & Ayurveda. Each week will consist of a gentle yoga practice designed to help you process the events of your day, unwind and lean into deep relaxation. This course also includes a discussion of the teachings of Ayurveda to help build appropriate sleep hygiene patterns.
